Whether you’re coming in for an emergency or as a new patient, our Team will gather all of the information necessary and provide you with the best options.  

During your appointment, we may review your medical and dental history, take digital X-rays and intraoral images, evaluate your teeth and gums, perform a comprehensive exam, and discuss any recommended treatment. Our goal is to help you feel informed, comfortable, and confident in your care.

Please bring your insurance information, a list of medications, and any recent dental X-rays if available.
